Be part of NXNE 2015!

It’s that time of year again. North by Northeast is looking for artists to get on stage June 17-21, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We’re worked with Sonicbids to make it easier for you to apply to NXNE and we’ve also reduced the cost. Over 40% of the bands that will play NXNE 2015 will come from submissions like yours. NXNE is booking over 250 Sonicbids artists for its annual multi-venue festival taking place in Toronto, Ontario. All selected artists will receive full festival accreditation.

The Opportunity

Attracting over 360,000 fans, NXNE presents over 600 international, national and local music artists at 50+ official festival stages, along with the best in comedy, film, and visual art – and a four-day conference featuring the freshest thinking in music, culture, and technology. Last year NXNE booked more than 400 Sonicbids artists.

Who’s considered

  • Artists of all genres will be considered
  • Artists from all over the world are encouraged to submit
  • NXNE does not accept cover bands
  • All shows have 19+ age requirement
  • Family friendly material is only required for the Harbourfront Family Day shows

Submission Fee Schedule:

  • Sep 2 – Oct 31, 2014: $20 USD
  • Nov 1 – Dec 31, 2014: $30 USD
  • Jan 1 – Jan 31, 2015: $40 USD

Note: Film, Comedy, Interactive, and Art submissions will open later in 2014.
