Dundas-Street-Festival---London-Ontario---June-13---Indie-UndergroundDUNDAS STREET FESTIVAL (London, ON) – Celebrating the best of city living. Walk, ride and play on a car-free Dundas Street in Downtown London. With art, free music (see music line-up below), food and fun, this cool and family-friendly annual event will leave you smiling, proud and satisfied.

The 6th Annual Dundas Street Festival musical line-up features an impressive collection of 24 different bands hailing from a variety of cities that include London, Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver, Ogidi, Nigeria and more.

Headlining the festival is classic rock band, Zeus. The five-piece, Polaris Prize nominee, is one of the current great Canadian Bands who have been impressing audiences with their live sets for years. Make sure you catch them Saturday night when they perform favourite tracks like “Are You Gunna’ Waste My Time?”, “How Does It Feel” or new favourites like “I Miss My Friends”.

Asiko Afrobeat Ensemble (Nigeria / Toronto) will keep you moving during their entire set with their infectious world-beat rhythms. Synth-pop / ambient duo, Vogue Dots is an up-and-coming band from Halifax, NS. If you like electronic music, you’ll love what Vogue Dots will bring!

There is a fantastic crop of local bands representing a broad range of musical scenes of our community too! Heart Attack Kids, Ivory Hours, New Zebra Kid, Mountain of Wolves, Jesney, WePlayOn Musicians (formerly of Orchestra London). WHOOP-Szo, Alex Mason + many, many more!
