Happy to hear this brand new track from Future Unlimited!

Nobody is going to calm me down for Future Unlimited’s newest single titled, “Calm Me Down”. I’ve been waiting for this song release ever since the Nashville, Tennessee band teased the song out way back in January of 2015 when they were on hiatus. Well, the hiatus is over (thank god!) as Future Unlimited are now primed to deliver their sophomore EP, “Calm Down”.

Shortly after collaborating with Shia Labeouf for their video “Haunted Love,” the band decided to incorporate additional members and focus on a more live-driven, organic sound.

The lead single “Calm Me Down” is the direct result of the union between a gritty, pulsing live presence and the glossy synth-pop heard on the band’s 2012 single “Golden“.

“Calm Me Down” is certainly one of the most engaging tracks this year so far. Have a listen and enjoy!

If you liked Future Unlimited’s newest track “Calm Me Down”, then you’re in for a treat! I was able to listen to a private stream of their upcoming album, I will let you know that you’ll be hearing more tracks from the album on Indie Underground when more tracks are made public!
