After listening to Ben Gold’s (London, UK) teaser for his new track, ‘There Will Be Angels’ a few weeks back, I immediately had March 9th circled on my calendar for the full release. Why? Well the sample had lovely genre bending indie garage-pop styled vocals from Audrey Gallagher. It’s not often (or ever) that you hear an indie nod of respect in a trance single (perhaps that will change). After listening to the entire song, and focusing in on the chorus, there’s actually more diversity to the track than first thought. There’s a country music melody guitar riff that just works. All in all, ‘There Will Be Angles’ is a new beautiful vocal trance single that should have people raising their hands high in the air towards the angels throughout the summer of 2018!

Ben Gold recently announced he’ll be playing the wonderfully diverse and artistic AIM Festival in Montreal in July (6, 7, 8). I’ll be there, will you? Facebook Event
