M for Montreal has proven its tenacity by revealing the entirety of the music program for the professional portion of its 16th event. This event will take place in two ways: on online platforms from November 15 – 26 and in-person from November 17 – 19 in Montreal.
This fall, over 20 artists are expected to perform in Montreal. The previously announced artists include Gus Englehorn, Ghost Woman (AB), Julien Sagot, Nate Husser. The Slaight Family, Polaris Heritage Prize, announced the 2021 candidates. Cadence Weapon was awarded the Polaris Music Prize for 2021 because of his outstanding album called “Parallel Worlds”. The voting for the candidates of the Slaight Family Polaris heritage for 2021 has started.
